YOU ARE ALREADY HELD.

When this is realised, there comes a subtle melting into ‘all’ that is.


You notice the mind trying to convince you that there is some urgency or problem.


You may see this in the likes of fatigue for example.


Going with the mind creates more of that which you do not want.


More fatigue.

More emotional disturbance.


In allowing whatever you are experiencing and trusting that life has your back, you see that there was never anything that needed to be held onto and what needs to ‘get done’ ~ gets done!


You see that the need to ‘hold on’ was imaginary.


You are already safe.


You are already free.


There comes a subtle melting into ‘all’ that is.

Trust in this and see for yourself.


Oh Such Peace.

Wow! I needed to read this today! I have been suffering in fatigue and mind play!! Need to force myself to go for a walk in nature! ✌🏻♥️☀️

Beautiful Pattie… In allowing what ‘is’, the walking in nature will come naturally when you’re ready. No forcing, no giving yourself a hard time. All is well exactly as it is 💕🌸
