•    Emergency Contacts: Name and phone number of a relative/friend (required for client safety).
•    Health Notes: Any voluntary well-being history you share so we can ensure the space is safe for you.
•    Payments: Handled securely by third parties (like PayPal). We do not store your card details.

2. Legal Basis for Storing Data​

We process data to fulfil our contract with you (deliver sessions), for our legitimate business operations, and under "vital interests" to contact your emergency contact if a mental health or safety crisis happens during a session.

 

3. Data Sharing and Retention

Your data is strictly confidential. It is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. Financial records are kept for 6 years to satisfy UK tax rules. Standard website log files and basic cookies are used strictly to keep you logged into your courses and analyse site traffic anonymously.​

4. Your UK GDPR Rights

You have the right to look at the data we hold on you, ask us to fix mistakes, or request that we delete your data entirely (subject to our legal tax record obligations).
