THERE IS NO BIG EVENT.

A reminder from YOU to YOU.

Often on the spiritual or religious path there can be a waiting for something special.

Because of course this can’t be IT. Can it?

With the birds & the trees & the snails and the dishes to wash!

Will I see angels? witness an alien invasion? will the government be seen for the naughty sneaky suckers that I believe them to be? hmmm.

Perhaps if I shout it loud enough I’ll get others to see this too.

Will I enter the kingdom of heaven if I’m a good girl or guy.

Come on now!

Really?

This is all part of the human show, the play of life…

And it’s SO free that you can believe it to be important if you like.

If there is only one thing going on. And there is… And You (none personal) are That!... How and why on Earth would there be anything to earn or wait for.

You see!

Everything is the beloved playing with itself. The good, the bad, the ugly, the mystical, the snot & tears.

Apparent flaws ‘n’ all!

None of it is separate or to be removed in favour of something else.

The relief you seek is the realisation that you are already home my friend.

Along with your annoyances, with your anger, with your fears, with your joy, with your secrets, with your frustrations and so on…

No one is going to strike you down for any of this or that because there is no one and no you.

You, my darling are Infinitely everything and No-thing!

Now, if you want to dress or act a certain way to feel more ‘spiritual’, then go for it… But recognise deeply that this is still You pretending to be something other than that which You already are.

Consciousness arising as a character.

Yes the guru sitting on a throne, yes the granny knitting in their home, yes the child crying for a lollipop…

ALL ONE. No hierarchy.

The angel is beautiful, mysterious, wondrous and wow! But so is your morning coffee cup and the eyes you see through!

Equally!

And when this is seen, you are free to play.

You already are in fact, you had simply forgotten.

You are already incredibly special and incredibly not special. You see.

And that’s the freedom, that is the mystery.

Nowhere to go.

Nothing to gain.

No one to change.

Just SEE.

Just BE.

THIS right now is IT.

YOU are free my friend.
