Hey babe, look at you.

Hey babe,
Look at you.
Where you are.
Even though you experienced real hardship in childhood.
Even though the odds were stacked against you.
Even though you didn’t always have people around you who knew how to love, guide or protect you in the ways you needed.
Even though you were conditioned by people who had been conditioned before you.
Even though you made some absolute whopper errors along the way ~ because in those moments, you simply couldn’t see what you couldn’t yet see.
There were times you didn’t realise the pain you were causing to others.
Or to yourself.
~
Even though there were times you wanted to give up.
Yes…
I know you did.
Even though there were moments you fell to your knees.
Even through the madness.
The confusion.
The fear.
The shame.
The pain.
You kept on keeping on.
And perhaps that’s what I’m most proud of.
Not that you’ve been perfect.
Not that you’ve always got it right.
But that you never stopped looking.
You could have spent a lifetime living from your conditioning.
You could have believed that everyone and everything else was the problem.
You could have remained hypnotised by the stories your mind inherited.
But something in you kept searching for what was true.
Again and again, you’ve turned inward.
Not to punish yourself.
But to understand.
While it can feel easier to point outwards, you’ve kept asking,
“What am I missing here?”
That takes courage.
I know the shame has, at times, felt all-consuming.
I know the fear has whispered, or even shouted, that you’re somehow beyond redemption.
But neither has ever been the truth.
Because every time you’ve been willing to come down from your head and into your heart ~ even when trust felt impossible ~ something has shifted.
In this.
Things soften.
Things lighten.
Things dissolve.
Relief arrives.
Gratitude returns.
Clarity opens.
Sometimes only for a moment.
But a moment is enough.
It reminds you of what’s always been here beneath all the conditioning, all the fear and all the noise.
So keep going, my love.
Keep meeting yourself with honesty.
Keep choosing awareness over unconsciousness.
Keep allowing the heart to show you what your mind never could and never can.
You’re doing far better than you realise.
This has always been the perfect moment.
And You are never, ever too late.
