THERE ARE NO MISTAKES.

You don't need big words or any fancy spiritual practices to Realise your True peaceful Self.


Meditation certainly helps, especially to ‘anchor’ you at first. But ultimately it is simply a realisation, a remembering of the truth.


Life is working out for you, you just have to get out of the way.


Anxiety will occur by trying to put things into neat boxes or planning how things 'should' be, how people 'should' act, or how life 'should' look.


When in fact, the act of letting go will show you that life is going to work out for you in FAR greater ways than your neat little plan anyway.


There are NO mistakes, not even the tiny sneaky ones that the ego would lead you to believe there are.


Magic happens when you allow it and actually it happens when you don't… it just doesn't feel as peaceful.
