Self Realisation.

Why the term Self Realisation, and not Awakening, Enlightenment, or other such terms we often hear.

Because, you see, once it is seen.

You realise that it was already always here.

This non-personal Self.

You realise there is no destination to reach.

No goal to attain.

It is already done.

Already here.

Now.

And it always was.

You have never not been this.

It is a Realisation.

A process is most often needed ~ and that’s okay.

Yet, deep inside each and every one of us,

There is a knowing:

That there is more than we are currently seeing.

We come to see ~ to realise ~ to remember.

That we are already this.

Endless Peace. Endless Love.

You see that the only thing in the way was a belief ~ the belief that you are not this.

And once that illusion is seen through, you realise:

It was already always here.

And then ~

There is nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

Nothing to become.

Suffering dissolves.

Over and over.

This is why Self Realisation is the greatest, simplest, most beautiful gift ~ from the Self to the Self.
