Feel into this deeply. Take yourself there.

Frail.
Your breath is shallow.
Your body weak.
You’re at the end of your days.
Any moment this life will end.
To be no more.
All of it gone.
You look back over your life.
The good times and the challenges.
Those you have loved.
Those you have lost.
The chances you took and the ones you didn’t.
The trips you made and the dream life you were too afraid to accept.
The way you spoke to yourself. Any harshness toward your choices, your appearance, the mistakes you feel you made and held onto like a heavy weight.
The hugs and forgiveness you held back ~ the love you held back from yourself and others….
Take time to feel into this. To see this.
Now.
Bring yourself back to ‘this’ very moment.
Notice the age you are right now.
See the person you are right now in the mirror.
Look around you.
The home you live in.
Those in your life right now.
See those in front of you that are here for you.
Those who have your back.
Even if it’s just one.
See what’s here right now.
What you’re attempting to run from, to change.
Because you believe this is not ‘it’.
Notice the belief you’ve been holding that this right now is just not good enough.
How does this change things for you.
Notice your heart is beating.
You have this gift of life, of a love within that you can pour inward and out into the world.
‘This’ moment. This right now.
Recognise deeply that this is what you’re looking for.
Notice the gift of life you have right now.
Fall in love with ‘now’ and stay ‘t-here’.
Notice how this changes everything in an instant.
