Trusting over and over.
‘Dipping a toe in’
Allowing the charge of emotion to be here completely.
Nothing to do.
Seeing that thought arises and naturally falls away.
Nothing to do.
Dare you not fall for its tricks?
Dare you not react to its pull of fear, anger, pain, confusion?
Over and over. With a gentle curiosity.
Seeing that you are safe to allow this.
Witnessing that with each moment of trust ~ all IS well.
EVEN in the midst of the ‘storm’.
Throwing away the hands of time.
If it takes forever, then that is what it takes.
Utter acceptance ~ Floating through.
Seeing, sensing.
Little by little.
This Love.
This Peace.
IT found me.
Gratitude in seeing that this had never left… It was never lost.
With unconditional and complete patience
Here IT IS simply waiting to be remembered.
Such Peace.
