Don’t try to change the outer experience.


Don’t try to change the inner experience.


Don’t try to calm the mind.


Don’t try to stop the emotions.


Don’t try to figure it out.


Don’t chase IT.


Get out of its way and allow the Peace & Love to come to you.


It is quite common during this process for fears or thoughts to come up when we start to experience this peaceful place within.


What if I’m just being lazy?

What if I don’t get things done?

What if that worry is actually important?

What if this, what if that?…


Treating these thoughts & emotions the same as all others is the way forward. We witness and allow them to pass.


In finding this natural space of Peace & Love within, we actually become more productive and ‘things’ get done that are of the highest importance rather than ‘chasing our tail’.


Do read & watch the posts/videos with a gentle curiosity.


Do practice the meditations ~ daily ideally.


This is INquiry plus practice ~ the aim of which is not to change or improve ourselves, nor is it about reaching some goal…


I am simply here to assist you in realising that the peace we seek is already here waiting to be remembered.
