I SEE YOU.

The despair.

The gut wrenching pain of loneliness.

I’ve know confusion well.

I’ve been intimate with deep fear.

Desperate sadness.

I remember the sinking pull of guilt and shame.

I understand.

The sense of doom. Of dread.

I say this to show you that I share through experience with those who turn to me.

That which I realised.

That which is true.

And I say to them ~ to you ~ I understand.

Without the darkness I would not be here to share in the way I do with you today.

I am the person I once needed.

And I now share me with you.

To help you remember.

This peace within.

To assist you ‘through’.

With a natural compassion.

I see you.
