How to wake up.
Updated: Jul 7

Welcome đź’«
No doubt you’ve found yourself here because something within you is seeking.
More peace.
More ease.
Less fear.
Less inner conflict.
Freedom from the constant thinking, worrying and emotional overwhelm that can make life feel heavy.
Perhaps you’ve already experienced moments of deep peace and you’re wondering how to find your way back there. Or maybe you’ve caught glimpses of something that felt profoundly true and you’re longing to understand it more deeply.
For many, the search becomes another thing to achieve.
We believe we need to become a better version of ourselves.
Heal everything.
Fix ourselves.
Finally wake up.
But what I am pointing at here is much simpler than that.
The peace you are seeking isn’t something you create.
It isn’t something you earn.
And it isn’t waiting for you somewhere in the future.
It has always been here.
What often keeps us feeling stuck isn’t a lack of peace. It’s the innocent misunderstanding that we are only the fearful mind, the changing emotions and the story that has built about who we are.
As that misunderstanding begins to soften, something remarkable happens.
You don’t become someone new.
You simply start to recognise what has always been present beneath the noise.
This is often called Self-Realisation, but don’t let the words make it seem mysterious.
It’s simply the recognition of what you truly are beyond thought, fear and conditioning.
That doesn’t mean difficult emotions instantly disappear.
For many people, old patterns, emotions and conditioning continue to arise for a while.
Sometimes they even seem louder than before.
There is nothing wrong with that.
Nothing has gone wrong.
It isn’t a sign you’re failing or going backwards.
It’s simply part of the body and mind doing what bodies and minds do.
There is no race here.
No competition.
No test to pass.
And no perfect version of you waiting at the finish line.
Only a deeper understanding of what has always been true.
If something here resonates with you, you’re warmly invited to explore the blogs, guidance and offerings.
And if you have questions, please ask.
There are no silly questions.
I’ve been where many of you are, and if I can help make this journey feel a little simpler and a little less overwhelming, it would be my privilege.
