CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN.

My 9-year-old son is the cutest little chatterbox. He asks so many questions ~ and then questions on top of those questions. If he doesn’t fully understand something, he’ll keep asking and asking until he’s satisfied. This can go on for days… or even weeks. LOL.
Recently, he’s been asking me why I do what I do (assist others in discovering their True Self). I’ve been answering in the best way I can for him to understand.
He often gets distracted or bored halfway through his own questions, though, and ends up wandering off to do other things.
This is another reason he keeps asking over and over ~ haha!
At school recently, they’ve been talking to the children about war and all that it entails.
This morning, on the way to school, he asked:
“Mummy, are people who cause wars living from their ego?”
I said, “Yes, they absolutely are.”
He went quiet for a little while… then suddenly said:
“Oh wow! That’s why you do what you do, isn’t it? And it can change the world, can’t it?”
✨
…You see, although there are many avenues out there that can support us ~ many of them beautiful and helpful ~ Meditation and inquiry is like taking away the middleman.
It can be likened to a link back to the Trueness of the Heart, which so often gets overshadowed along the journey of life.
The more people re-discover their true nature,
the more humanity begins to live from the heart.
And that is what brings about profound, lasting change ~ not only for the Self, but for the whole world.
Yes. Truly.
