 The aim is not to rid yourself of emotion.


The aim is not to rid yourself of thought.


There comes a vast and gentle allowing.


A dissolving of control over your feelings.


The circumstances.


You life.


The world and the people who show up.


This conflict ~ This war within. No longer desired.


No avoidance of what is felt.


Of what appears.


Anxiety, fatigue, sadness, depression, shame, fear...


Resting lightly with it all.


Like a boat bobbing effortlessly on the ripples of water.


Watching ~ the bigger waves of the sea.


No attempt to remove or control.


Just resting in all from the depth of the heart of True Nature.


Trust.


A trust beyond the need to trust 🙏


Here IT is.


All Ways.


Always.


Feeling fully.


Sensing.


Allowing.


No attempt or desire to change whatever arises from within.


Quietly.


Unmoved.


Go through the door.


You hold the key.


To the greatest gift ~ That IS already open.


YOU ~ The Infinite YOU.

Being open to the present - I’m practising this (have been for a long, long time) and find that I am able to naturally be present (ie without a conscious thought of “I need to be present”) more and more now. Still a way to go but I realise it will happen in its own time, it’s not something I can rush or force, no timeframes.
