This is entirely natural.

Everything remains the same yet everything changes.

There may be challenging times ‘along the way’ and this is ok.

But there doesn’t have to be so much of a bumpy ride with correct, gentle & compassionate guidance.

There can be a barely noticing of the process, yet there will also be moments of ‘wow this is new’.

And in seeing this…

The suffering seems to slide right off.

The neurosis melts away.

I am simply here to remind you of this that You already are. The one you may have overlooked.
