Thank you Jolene for our 1:1 session on Thursday. We both feel a shift in consciousness has taken place in me. This has been happening very gradually over the years but more so recently thanks to your support, the 1:1 sessions, the meditations and reading your blogs (lots of times). During and after our session on Thursday, it’s become very clear that I have tried to control things/be in control of my life out of a feeling of insecurity/fear/lack of trust - all my life!
