LIGHTEN THE LOAD.

Imagine if you were carrying a pile of heavy books all day every day.



Imagine that each book represents something that you’re dealing with.



A past trauma.

An argument.

A belief about yourself.

A belief about the world.

A worry.

Something you’re trying to change.

Someone you’re trying to change.

An upset.

An anxiety.

A stress.

A struggle within yourself...



Is it beneficial to delve into each one, dissecting, analysing and trying to fix it?



No it actually isn’t!



How would it feel to simply drop the whole pile of books on the floor!



You can imagine the lightness this would bring right?



But of course, this is often easier said than done ~ so the process here is a way to allow this gently and delicately over a period of time.



Dissolving the layers in a safe space with loving guidance.



At times our distress may pop back up but in being ok with this, knowing it may not always be linear…



Being ok with whatever stage you’re at, with whatever is here ~ knowing that all is well and not forcing any change…



You carry on, gently following the guidance ~ and simply noticing the lightness that naturally appears on the journey.
