A QUIET MIND.

As the mind starts to quieten and the body begins to experience a more regular peace, there can be a reverting back to believing in negative mind chatter.



This happens for several reasons.



Mainly because it’s all you’ve ever known so has become an addictive habit that catches you off guard and pulls you back in.



The “what if this / what if that” plus the subsequent painful sensations that these thoughts can bring, can at times be all consuming and we’ve become so used to reacting to them rather than observing and letting them pass.



And then there’s the big one in that you do not fully trust or believe that a sustained quiet mind and peace filled life is truly possible.



Having been on both ends of the scale, I can categorically tell you that this is absolutely possible and not just for the special few ~ but for all.



My own journey and the continued Insights show me in a very deep and gentle way how to assist others into this space of peace.



No matter the outer circumstances.
