Service Description

Book a 1.5-hour video call with me. Gain clarity on any sticking points. Ask any questions (all are welcomed and encouraged). Have a simple home practice created specific to you. (Book as many sessions as you like, when you like). This session includes one hour of inquiry questions answered plus a 30-minute deep awareness based meditation. Be held, heard and assisted with patience and compassion. ~ Cancellation Policy: All bookings for private or group sessions are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by me.
