My journey began as a child who was often labelled shy, socially awkward and

lacking in confidence.

Alongside this, I had experienced a spontaneous and profound glimpse into the deeper nature of who we truly are beyond these mistaken beliefs.

 

Although I didn’t make full sense of this at the time, it was never forgotten.

 

As the years unfolded, I experienced difficult relationships, emotional pain and many of life’s challenges. Yet throughout it all remained a quiet knowing that I wasn’t seeing myself or life as clearly as I could.

 

That quiet knowing inspired a lengthy search for understanding.

 

It eventually became crystal clear that I had been searching for relief outside of myself, believing that love, romantic relationships or something else might finally quiet the unease I struggled with. For a while, these things seemed to offer what I was looking for, yet the fulfilment never truly lasted.

 

No person, circumstance or achievement could give me what had never truly been missing.

 

Years later, after training as a meditation teacher, everything began to come together in a much deeper way. The inner understanding that had quietly remained with me since childhood became profoundly clear.

 

While emotions and conditioning I had carried also needed to be gently met, felt and allowed to move through.

 

This wasn’t about becoming someone different. It was about seeing more clearly what had always been here beneath the layers of fear, misunderstanding and conditioning that had built over a lifetime.

 

Because of my own journey, I don’t guide from theory, I share from lived experience and from an intuitive understanding that continually deepens.
